Philosophy

It is our belief the external appearances are enhanced when the inner self is balanced.  We promote this view by endeavoring to provide the highest quality of service to every individual.

Spa Policies

• We require a 24 hour cancellation notice.
• Cell phones and pagers are to be turned off upon arrival to the spa.
• We are a non-smoking facility.
• Because we do not have a day care facility we cannot accommodate children 10 years and under (for safety and atmosphere purposes).

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the price of services and is most appreciated.  Normal spa etiquette is 10-15%.

Time Policy

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first appointment at Mojave Rock.  Client consultation forms will need to be completed by everyone prior to service and this will avoid cutting into your treatment time.

Draping

During massage, clients will be draped at all times.  Draping is adjusted to massage.  Private ares are continuously draped.  It is completely up to the client to remove clothes for his or her own comfort level.  Spa wraps are used for facial treatments.  Again we ask if you are using any undergarments for massage or body treatments, wear under garments or swimsuits that are not your favorite, as oils may or will stain material.

Ethics Policy

All services provided at MOJAVE ROCK are non-sexual.  Improper behavior by client or staff member will not be tolerated.  If improper behavior is reported, client will be asked to pay for services in full and must leave premises.
